NURSING GRADUATE

Job Description

We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position in the Emergency Room requires a commitment to day and night shifts with varying hours. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide nursing care to patients in compliance with regulations and organization protocols. You will assess patient needs, collaborate with staff, physicians, and other disciplines, and maintain clinical knowledge and skills. If you are a Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current RN licensure, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in compliance with standards of practice and organization protocols.
• Assess patient needs and collaborate with healthcare professionals for quality care delivery.
• Maintain clinical knowledge and skills competency.
• Ensure a safe patient care environment.

Requirements

• Graduate of accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
• Minimum 2 years Emergency Services experience or 3-5 years acute care experience preferred.
• Certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat.
• Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
