Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room at Grace Medical Center, you will play a crucial role in providing nursing care to patients while ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care in accordance with protocols and guidelines.
- Develop and adjust patient care plans based on individual needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain a safe and efficient care environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- Prior experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat.
- Completion of orientation program.
