Job Description

We are looking for an Office Coordinator to join our team at E-Z Bel Construction. This role involves managing daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and providing critical support to internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all office-related matters.
  • Perform receptionist duties, handle phone calls, emails, and greet visitors.
  • Manage mail, office supplies, and facility maintenance.
  • Coordinate with IT department for office equipment and troubleshooting.
  • Create promotional materials using Canva and assist in office event planning.
  • Develop office policies, procedures, and ensure compliance.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
  • Prior experience in office coordination or administrative support.
  • Proficiency in office software applications and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish required.

Physical Requirements

The role requires the ability to sit, stand, walk, lift equipment, and work with standard office equipment. Strong physical stamina and flexibility are essential for this position.
