Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a Predictive Downtime Maintenance Technician to join TOYOTI1 on a full-time basis. In this role, you will play a crucial part in analyzing and detecting potential machine failures to minimize downtime effectively. You will utilize advanced technology to predict pending failures and work closely with maintenance planners to schedule repairs during planned maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and detect potential machine failures using reliability equipment.
• Utilize infrared, vibration, and ultrasonic technology for daily data gathering.
• Collaborate with maintenance planners to schedule repairs during planned downtime.
• Detect air, steam, and nitrogen leaks using reliability devices.
• Conduct oil sample tests for analysis.
• Recommend equipment upgrades, replacements, and repairs as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in industrial maintenance or minimum 5 years of experience in reliability technology.
• Experience in root cause failure analysis.
• Willingness to obtain Pdm-related certifications.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
