University Mechanical Contractors, Inc is seeking a skilled Project Manager-Mechanical Services to join our team in Lynnwood, WA. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the estimation, sales, and delivery of Service HVAC and/or Plumbing projects. Your role will involve overseeing project processes, ensuring profitability, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Qualify potential customers and projects.
- Estimate projects and develop proposals for clients.
- Manage projects to meet margin and sales goals.
- Coordinate equipment/material purchases and logistics.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and permit processes.
- Schedule manpower requirements and equipment commissioning.
- Facilitate owner training, project acceptance, and warranty processes.
- Document opportunities and customer interactions in CRM.
Requirements
- Technical competency and understanding of HVAC functions.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively.
- Leadership qualities with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- BS or five years of project management experience.
- 5-7 years of sales experience with 2-3 years in sales leadership.
- Valid Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record.
Benefits
- Competitive starting salary range of $104,000 - $120,000.
