Job Description
Property Management, Inc. (PMI) is seeking a motivated Regional Community Director to oversee operational and financial management of scattered site apartment communities in Pennsylvania. This is a full-time on-site position, based in Central Pennsylvania. As a pivotal member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring occupancy targets, meeting revenue goals, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Drive leasing and resident retention to achieve occupancy targets.
- Partner with facilities and leadership teams to optimize asset performance.
- Prepare budgets, reports, and reviews for strategic decision-making.
- Cultivate strong client relations and uphold resident satisfaction.
- Lead talent development and succession planning initiatives.
- Collaborate with property teams to implement effective marketing programs.
- Participate in pitching business to potential clients.
Requirements
- 1-3 years experience as a Regional Portfolio Manager.
- 3-5 years in large multi-family property management.
- 5-7 years of people management experience.
- Proficiency in property management software, preferably Yardi.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson License preferred.
- Valid PA driver's license and reliable transportation required.
