Job Description

Property Management, Inc. (PMI) is seeking a motivated Regional Community Director to oversee operational and financial management of scattered site apartment communities in Pennsylvania. This is a full-time on-site position, based in Central Pennsylvania. As a pivotal member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring occupancy targets, meeting revenue goals, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Drive leasing and resident retention to achieve occupancy targets.
  • Partner with facilities and leadership teams to optimize asset performance.
  • Prepare budgets, reports, and reviews for strategic decision-making.
  • Cultivate strong client relations and uphold resident satisfaction.
  • Lead talent development and succession planning initiatives.
  • Collaborate with property teams to implement effective marketing programs.
  • Participate in pitching business to potential clients.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years experience as a Regional Portfolio Manager.
  • 3-5 years in large multi-family property management.
  • 5-7 years of people management experience.
  • Proficiency in property management software, preferably Yardi.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson License preferred.
  • Valid PA driver's license and reliable transportation required.
