RN or LPN - In-Home Care

Job Description

Alliance Nursing is looking for dedicated RNs or LPNs to provide 1:1 care for pediatric and young adult clients in Lynnwood and Everett. Day and night shifts are available for full-time positions. Nurses will be responsible for delivering critical nursing services to patients with complex medical and developmental conditions, including mechanical ventilation, tracheostomy care, and nursing interventions.

Successful candidates will demonstrate excellent assessment skills, nursing judgment, and the ability to respond quickly to changes in patient condition. New graduates are encouraged to apply, as extensive training opportunities are provided. Basic Qualifications

• Current Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
