RN or LPN - In-Home Care

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated RNs or LPNs to provide in-home care for trach/vent reliant pediatric clients in Puyallup and Graham. As a part of the Alliance Nursing team, you will be responsible for delivering critical nursing services to patients with complex medical and developmental conditions, ensuring optimal care and support.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 care for pediatric patients requiring mechanical ventilation and tracheostomy care.
• Utilize nursing process for assessment, intervention, and documentation.
• Maintain professional standards while interacting with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Respond promptly to any changes in patient conditions using excellent assessment skills and nursing judgment.

Requirements

• Current Washington State RN or LPN license without restrictions.
• Ability to work flexible day shifts.
• Strong compassion, assessment skills, and ability to act quickly in critical situations.
