Sales Engineer - Springfield, OH

Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Engineer to join our team at R&M Materials Handling Inc in Springfield, OH. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for preparing commercial and technical proposals for overhead material handling equipment in various industrial settings. You will work closely with distributors to analyze requirements, design solutions, and communicate proposals effectively.

Responsibilities

• Prepare commercial and technical proposals for overhead material handling equipment.
• Analyze material handling applications and establish customer requirements.
• Design material handling solutions based on technical parameters and industrial constraints.
• Communicate and collaborate with distributors on technical and commercial aspects.
• Enter new equipment orders into the MRP system and provide customer support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of experience in application or sales engineering in an industrial environment.
• Strong PC skills and excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work under pressure and address multiple issues simultaneously.
