Senior OnBase Developer

Job Description

Join Princeton University as a Senior OnBase Developer in a hybrid work environment. Collaborate with the central IT team to support, develop, and integrate solutions on the OnBase by Hyland platform. Enhance user adoption and business processes using OnBase API, C#, and VBScript, while ensuring seamless integration with other applications. As a project lead, deliver end-to-end solutions and provide first-level support to customers, maintaining existing solutions and building new ones.

Responsibilities

• Enhance OnBase solutions using API, C#, and VBScript.
• Develop interfaces between OnBase and other applications for seamless integration.
• Create solutions within OnBase, including Workflow and WorkView.
• Maintain and refine existing content management solutions.
• Build reports using Hyland Report Services module and SQL scripts.
• Lead projects from development to production go-live.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for cost-benefit analyses on new Hyland modules.
• Maintain key relationships with campus users and OIT partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT experience, with 3+ years as a developer in ECM software.
• Experience with SDLC methodologies, ECM setup, and OnBase API.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, adapt to changes, and work collaboratively.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; OnBase by Hyland certification preferred.
• Knowledge of OnBase administration tools and other related software is a plus.
