Registered Nurse - Comprehensive Care Center

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Registered Nurse to join our Comprehensive Care Center team at Denver Health. As a key member of the ambulatory care services, you will provide patient care, education, and support to diverse individuals across all age groups in an outpatient setting. This role requires adherence to nursing standards, critical thinking, and collaboration with the healthcare team to ensure the delivery of exceptional care.

Responsibilities

• Implement evidence-based care plans in coordination with the healthcare team.
• Conduct nursing assessments and communicate findings to patients and team members.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to establish measurable goals and outcomes.
• Supervise and support clinic team members and maintain accurate patient records.
• Prepare and assist with patient examinations and treatments.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Nursing.
• 1-3 years of experience in direct patient care.
• Valid BLS and RN licenses.
• Demonstrated adherence to professional nursing standards and competencies.
• Proficiency in medical equipment use and patient care administration.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
