Job Description
We are looking for a Specialist Solutions Architect to join our team at Flexential. As a Specialist Solutions Architect, you will demonstrate expert knowledge in various technology specialties, such as Cloud and Managed Services, IT Security, Data Protection, Networking, and Professional Services. You will be responsible for presenting complex solutions to clients, assisting in setting strategic direction, and being a thought leader at industry events and marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise and design guidance to sales and support teams.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge of industry trends and technologies.
- Deliver deep-dive solutions to potential customers.
- Conduct customer workshops and attend technology conferences as a subject matter expert.
- Support internal teams with training and knowledge transfer.
Required Qualifications
- 9-11 years of B2B sales and support experience in the IT industry.
- BS or MS in an IT-related field preferred.
- Strong technical acumen and ability to simplify complex issues into technical solutions.
- Expertise in specific technical areas such as Data Center Design, Cloud Platforms, and Security.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work in an office and remote environment.
- After-hours networking and occasional travel may be required.
