Job Summary

The Instrument Repair Technician & Operations Assistant will be responsible for servicing customers' optical and GNSS equipment, including diagnostics, testing, repair, and calibration. Additionally, this role involves coordinating order fulfillment, showroom display, and inventory management under the guidance of the Branch Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, calibrations, and upgrades on survey and mapping equipment.
• Create and process service work orders.
• Support rental equipment maintenance and customer relations.
• Stay current on product training and authorizations.
• Assist in fulfilling new orders and inventory management.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.

Requirements

• Prior experience or knowledge of electronics and survey equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in land surveying or the construction industry preferred.
• Proficiency in Windows 10 and strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, work well under pressure, and maintain accuracy.
