Trauma PI Coordinator (RN)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Trauma Performance Improvement (PI) Coordinator (RN) to join our team at MUSC. Reporting to the Trauma Program Manager, the coordinator will oversee the process improvement program to ensure that trauma patients meet the required standards for Level One Trauma Centers. Responsibilities include monitoring patients, identifying variances in care, and investigating system issues to maintain adherence to trauma protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred, with a minimum of an Associate's degree in Nursing.

• Strong understanding of trauma care protocols and standards.
• High attention to detail and ability to analyze clinical data.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under limited supervision.
