Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Universal Banker to join our team at International State Bank of Raton. As a Universal Banker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling financial transactions, and promoting banking products and services to clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with various financial transactions including new accounts, transfers, and loan payments.
• Recommend and cross-sell banking products to meet customer needs and increase relationships.
• Meet and exceed sales goals while ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and contribute to a positive banking experience.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in sales, teller, new accounts, or loan processing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; 10-Key by touch is preferable.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and customer service skills.
