Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Universal Banker to join Nicolet National Bank, a leading community bank dedicated to serving customers with excellence. As a Universal Banker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, completing transactions, cross-selling products, and resolving customer inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller duties, organize cash transactions, and ensure accurate processing.
• Open and manage various accounts, address customer questions, and handle account-related issues.
• Offer courteous and efficient customer service, including check cashing, deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Maintain knowledge of banking regulations, prevent fraud, and adhere to security procedures.
• Recommend and promote Nicolet products, provide customer solutions, and participate in community events to enhance relationships.
• Manage vault operations, including balancing, ordering cash, and maintaining inventory of financial instruments.
• Uphold compliance with laws and regulations, respect diversity, and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of cash handling experience.
