Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor students, including crisis management.
• Organize social activities and involve residents in programming.
• Provide care and support as per individual treatment plans.
• Teach daily living skills, promote social engagement, and facilitate community reintegration.
• Model positive behaviors, build trusting relationships, and ensure emotional stability.
• Deliver respectful communication, crisis management, and structured routines.
• Document service delivery, incidents, and behavior-related data accurately and timely.
• Seek professional growth opportunities and contribute to program success.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience working with children.
• Valid driver's license, 21+ years old, and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Background checks and pre-employment screenings completion.
