Job Description

We are seeking a Bartender to join our team at Silver Diner Development, LLC. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hospitality to our guests, preparing and serving beverages following company standards, generating sales, and handling POS functions.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest within 30 seconds and provide outstanding service.
• Ensure all orders are delivered correctly and suggestively sell to guests.
• Mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to standard recipes.
• Ring orders into POS, collect payments, and arrange bottles and glasses attractively.
• Responsible for proper service of alcohol and maintaining knowledge of all food and beverage specifications.
• Work collaboratively in a team environment.

Brand Delivery

• Maintain a positive attitude, cleanliness, and adherence to uniform standards.
• Follow SMG scoring standards and ensure the delivery of the Silver Diner brand.

Cost Balancing

• Account for all sales, handle cash properly, and track waste.

Performance Measures

• Achieve positive sales growth, ensure guest satisfaction, and minimize cash handling errors.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of Bartender experience.
• State applicable alcohol compliance certification required.

• Organized, sense of urgency, ability to multitask, and work well under pressure.

Physical Requirements

The work area includes various equipment and requires stamina, the ability to lift/move items, and withstand a physically intense environment.
