Job Description

We are seeking a Field Service Coordinator/Dispatcher to join ITECH Holding LLC, a leading security solutions integrator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling Field Service Technicians to optimize revenue, maximize efficiency, and exceed customer expectations across the continental U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, route, and schedule trips to meet operational and sales goals.
  • Review work orders, production schedules, and job complexity to determine job routes and Tech assignments.
  • Coordinate equipment availability with job scheduling and handle scheduling changes.
  • Act as the primary contact for scheduling issues with customers, internal teams, and contractors.
  • Build relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and assist with day-to-day operations.
  • Utilize software to manage contracted jobs and ensure clear work orders/scope.
  • Identify and resolve scheduling roadblocks, escalating to relevant parties as necessary.
  • Assess job time requirements and plan efficient routing of Technicians.
  • Track job progress and continually improve work planning processes.

Compensation

$65,000 - $75,000 Yearly Salary
