Responsibilities

• Ensure top-notch service by greeting guests promptly, taking accurate orders, and delivering them flawlessly.
• Promote additional items to enhance the guest experience.
• Handle POS functions efficiently and process payments promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station while following all Silver Diner standards.
• Work collaboratively within a team to deliver excellence consistently.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of Server or Bartender experience preferred.
• Exceptional guest service skills and ability to multitask effectively.
• Friendly, outgoing, and energetic personality with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to balance a positive attitude with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements

Your role will involve working in a dynamic and sometimes demanding physical environment, necessitating stamina, adaptability, and adherence to safety protocols.

Number of Positions: Full-time and part-time opportunities available.

Salary: Competitive pay with potential for $800+ per week in tips for Full Time Serves.
