Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated RN Navigator specializing in Bone Marrow Transplant- Benign Hematology to join our team at MUSC Hollings Cancer Center. As a professional registered nurse, you will utilize your clinical knowledge to provide personalized assistance to patients and caregivers, ensuring they navigate the healthcare system effectively and receive timely care. This role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary providers to streamline treatment planning and enhance communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct timely clinical reviews of new patient referrals.
• Provide guidance for scheduling through the Patient Access Center.
• Facilitate care transitions between different healthcare services.
• Offer new patient evaluations and educational support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing with a minimum of two years clinical experience; MSN or DNP preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Current RN license and BLS certification.

Physical Requirements

This role involves various physical activities, from standing to lifting, and requires good sensory functions. Applicants should be prepared for a dynamic work environment.
