1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

ALDI is currently seeking a 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to efficiently fulfill orders from stores, relocate merchandise, load/unload shipments, and maintain warehouse cleanliness. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, able to work both independently and within a team, and demonstrate excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and strategically load merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to meet warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and provide input to improve processes.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Continuously work in varying temperatures, hot and cold, and operate powered industrial equipment.
