1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting, receiving, and relocating merchandise, as well as preparing and loading it for shipment. Your role will also involve actively participating in warehouse inventory counts and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise throughout the warehouse according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Participate in-taking warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Frequently required to lift and place product weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Knowledge of performing basic arithmetic equations and following instructions.
