Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Account Resolution Portfolio Risk Analyst to join GreenState Credit Union's dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing data to provide valuable insights, support strategic initiatives, and enhance business performance in the area of risk management. You will play a crucial part in maintaining a diverse and inclusive work environment and enriching the community by actively participating in community service initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to the Credit Union's core values and service standards while overseeing problem loans.
• Analyze and report on loan portfolio and collections performance trends.
• Develop and implement analytical models to assess product performance and financial outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide insightful reports on key performance indicators related to collections.
• Monitor vendor performance against established metrics and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years of experience in collections with a sound understanding of industry regulations and practices.
• Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Power BI, R, Python, and SQL.
• Strong statistical and analytical skills with experience in leveraging large datasets.
• Ability to prioritize assignments, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and meet deadlines.
