Responsibilities
- Support installation of AV systems and multimedia solutions.
- Fabricate, label, and install AV systems in various settings.
- Test and troubleshoot custom AV systems to ensure functionality.
- Document equipment details and maintain inventory control.
- Collaborate with clients to provide training on AV system operation.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- AVIXA CTS certification and at least four years of AV experience.
- Proficiency with audiovisual applications (ClearOne, Crestron, Extron, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Clean driving record and availability for domestic and international travel.
- Excellent organization, multitasking, and soldering skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
