Job Description
Keene Young Men's is seeking a passionate and dedicated Childcare Associate Teacher to join our team. As an Associate Teacher, you will play a crucial role in implementing our program curriculum to provide a quality experience that focuses on youth development and our core values. Responsibilities
- Implement curriculum within established guidelines.
- Design and implement daily lesson/activity plans.
- Supervise children, classroom, and activities.
- Conduct ongoing evaluations of each child.
- Maintain positive relationships with parents and engage them as volunteers.
- Attend program activities, staff meetings, and training sessions.
Requirements
- Meets state educational and experience qualifications; 9 ECE credits.
- CPR, First Aid, AED certifications, and Child Abuse prevention training within 30 days of hire.
- At least 1 year of experience working with children preferred.
- Ability to plan and implement age-appropriate program activities.
