We are looking for a motivated Clinical Director to join our team at SilverCrest. As a Clinical Director at Village Shores Campus, you will lead the way in transforming the lives of older adults through exceptional clinical services. Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the clinical services program for assisted living.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and licensing requirements.
• Train and support clinical staff to deliver high-quality and personalized care.
• Collaborate with nurses and other team members to achieve exceptional results.

Requirements

• Minnesota Registered Nurse in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in Assisted Living.
• Current CPR certification.
