Job Description

As a Caregiver at Sunrise Senior Living, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. You will build meaningful relationships, assist with daily living activities, and create enriching experiences for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living and individual care needs.
• Develop and implement Individualized Service Plans (ISP) for residents.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and support Risk Management programs.
• Participate in life enriching activities and maintain Sunrise hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and demonstrate flexibility.
• High School diploma/GED, certifications may be required depending on state regulations.
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
