Job Description

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Care Manager, you will provide high-quality care and services to residents in our assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods, making a positive impact on their lives every day.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living and attend to individual care needs.
• Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans and monthly updates.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote Risk Management programs.
• Support residents during daily activities and meals, maintaining Sunrise hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Dedication and passion for serving seniors.
• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to various duties.
• High School diploma/GED; certifications may be required in some states.
• Previous experience with seniors preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
