Job Description
We are looking for a motivated Clinical Outcomes Specialist with a nursing background to join LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Clinical Outcomes Specialist in Acute Care, you will play a vital role in improving quality care outcomes within the healthcare organization. Collaborating with the Patient Care Services team, you will implement evidence-based practices to enhance nursing care and ensure high-quality patient experiences.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate evidence-based practice implementation to enhance nursing care outcomes.
- Lead sustainable change initiatives to elevate nursing professional practice.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care across the continuum.
- Apply a data-driven approach to influence positive changes in patient/family, staff, and system spheres.
Requirements
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree required.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in a clinical setting.
- American Heart Association BLS certification.
- Maryland Registered Nurse (RN) License required.
- Experience in Neurology and/or Ortho Trauma is preferred.
