Job Description
LifeBridge Health is seeking a Nursing Graduate to join our team at Grace Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position involves day and night shifts with a weekend commitment. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide nursing care to patients, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and ensure a safe patient care environment in compliance with nursing standards and organization protocols.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care following the guidelines of the Maryland Nurse Practice Act.
- Develop, implement, evaluate, and revise patient care plans.
- Collaborate with staff, physicians, and other disciplines to deliver quality care.
- Maintain clinical knowledge and skills competency.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure with the Maryland Board of Nursing or a Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in Emergency Services or 3-5 years in acute care.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
- Complete orientation according to policy/procedures.
