This full-time position in the Emergency Room requires a commitment to day and night shifts with varying hours. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing nursing care to patients, ensuring compliance with the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organization protocols.
Job Summary
The Nursing Graduate will develop, implement, evaluate, and revise patient care plans based on individual needs. Collaborating with healthcare professionals, the incumbent will maintain clinical competency and ensure a safe patient care environment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or a compact state.
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- Certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat are required.
- Completion of orientation as per policy.
