Community Monitor

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Community Monitor to join Walton Communities LLC. As the Community Monitor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the exceptional standards of the community to ensure a top-tier experience for our residents and team members.

Responsibilities

• Maintain personal appearance and adhere to Walton standards.
• Ensure the property's appearance surpasses Walton standards, including all communal areas.
• Support resident activities and deliver correspondence efficiently.
• Take care of community amenities such as playgrounds, entry gates, kiosks, and pools.
• Assist with basic service requests as required by the Maintenance Manager.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Physical fitness to work in various conditions, lift up to 50 lbs, and drive a golf cart.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, and capable of working both independently and in a team.
