Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive professional image.
• Independently manage daily operations with attention to detail.
• Evaluate and report on patient medical conditions promptly.
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient care and medication administration.
• Monitor and address vital signs, responding to any abnormalities.
• Exemplify professionalism and compassion in all interactions.
• Share weekend coverage responsibilities on a rotational basis.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of home health experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• Valid RN license in Missouri.
• Reliable transportation.
• Preferred experience with HomeCare HomeBase.
