Director, Life Claims and Investigations is a key role at USAA, responsible for managing Life, Annuity & Health claims and fraud investigation programs. In this position, you will oversee a team, develop and implement operational priorities, and cultivate relationships within the industry and law enforcement. Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to staff and oversee claims and benefits processes.
• Direct the claim investigation team and ensure business performance.
• Develop and implement Claims Security strategic plans in collaboration with senior management.
• Identify emerging fraud trends and develop new investigation programs.
• Build collaborative relationships with internal and external partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree OR 4 years of related experience.
• 8 years of relevant business experience with 3 years in Claims and/or Insurance Fraud.
• 3 years of direct team lead or management experience.
• US military experience or military spouse/partner is a plus.
