Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD at Grace Medical Center. This full-time position requires a weekend commitment with day and night shifts. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide nursing care to patients and collaborate with staff, physicians, and other disciplines to deliver quality care. This role involves developing, implementing, evaluating, and revising care plans based on patient needs. The ideal candidate will maintain clinical competency, ensure a safe patient care environment, and adhere to protocols and guidelines.
Requirements
- Graduate of accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure with Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services or 3-5 years in acute care preferred.
- BLS required, ACLS within 6 months of hire, PALS and Hazmat within one year.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
- Completes orientation per policy/procedures.

The new Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center offers a modern 17,000 square feet facility with advanced technology and amenities for emergency care. It features private treatment rooms, a central providers' station for collaborative care, negative pressure rooms, a behavioral health treatment pod, and a CT Scanner for early diagnostics.
