NURSING GRADUATE

Job Description

We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position in the Emergency Room requires a weekend commitment with day and night shifts. As a Staff Nurse, you will provide nursing care to patients following the Maryland Nurse Practice Act and organizational protocols to ensure quality care delivery. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess patient needs and maintain a safe care environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in compliance with standards of practice and organizational guidelines.
• Assess patient needs and develop, implement, evaluate, and revise care plans accordingly.
• Maintain clinical knowledge and skills competency.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality care delivery.

Requirements

• Graduate of accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure with Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State.
• 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications required.
• Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
