Summary
Job Summary: The Nursing Graduate (RN) provides nursing care to patients in compliance with the Maryland Nurse Practice Act, Standards of Practice, and organizational protocols, policies, procedures, and guidelines. This position involves developing, implementing, evaluating, and revising a care plan based on patient needs and collaborating with healthcare professionals for quality care delivery.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure with Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications required.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing preferred.
- Completes orientation according to policy/procedures.
