• Assist the General Manager with employee relations and community engagement.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of senior management experience in a high-volume restaurant setting.
• Demonstrated ability to drive hospitality and coach team members.
• Experience with P&L responsibilities.
• Strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
