FSQR Quality Pre-Sorter

Job Description

Cargill is seeking a FSQR Quality Pre-Sorter to join our global team dedicated to sustainable food production. This full-time role, located in Wyalusing, PA, offers a compensation of $24.16 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, 401(k) with matching contributions, and more.

Principal Accountabilities

• Start at the TS Tech I level and advance to TS Tech III after training.
• Interact closely with USDA-FSIS inspectors to ensure plant compliance.
• Prepare carcasses/parts for inspection by making necessary cuts.
• Rotate through different areas of the harvest floor as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Able to perform basic math and physical tasks.
• Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying conditions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in beef processing with knife skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with USDA-FSIS requirements.
• Knowledge of food and employee safety practices.
