Job Description

We are looking for a Guest Service Agent to join Hampton Inn Virginia Beach-Oceanfront North. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm welcome and excellent service throughout their stay.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
• Check guests in and out efficiently, managing reservations effectively.
