Member Experience Specialist

Job Description

Join the VASA Fitness team as a Member Experience Specialist (MES) and become part of a culture centered on unity, passion, love, integrity, fun, and trust. As a MES, you will connect with our members and guests to create a meaningful experience during every visit. In addition to delivering exceptional customer service, you'll be responsible for selling memberships, driving upgrades, and ensuring the club is kept clean and organized.

Responsibilities

Operational Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate a genuine, kind attitude when interacting with guests and members.
• Greet guests and members in a friendly manner, providing clear direction, accurate information, and support.
• Be familiar with membership plans, pricing, amenities, add-on options, and class formats.
• Provide club tours, sell memberships, help members upgrade, and assist with personal training consultations.
• Share member feedback with leadership and collaborate with the team to implement improvement ideas.

Upholds VASA Operational Standards:

• Execute daily responsibilities to VASA's high standards by following guest and member check-in processes, completing daily cleaning and hourly club walks, and restocking merchandise.
