Job Description
At VASA Fitness, we are looking for a Member Experience Specialist to join our united and passionate team. The position involves creating a welcoming and meaningful experience for our members and guests, selling memberships, driving upgrades, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the facility.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a genuine, kind attitude when interacting with guests and members.
- Greet guests and members, providing clear direction and support through our tools and technology.
- Sell memberships, help members upgrade, book personal training consultations, and collaboratively implement ideas to improve the member experience.
- Execute daily responsibilities to VASA's high standards, such as completing daily cleaning, restocking merchandise, and processing sales.
