MEMBER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (HASTINGS BRANCH)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Member Service Representative to join the 4Front Credit Union team at the Hastings Branch. In this role, you will be responsible for providing professional and effective financial services to our members, assisting them with their needs, and promoting Credit Union services and products.

Essential Functions and Basic Duties

• Perform various financial service functions including opening and closing accounts, ordering checks, and completing payroll deductions.
• Resolve member inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain good business relations with members and keep them informed of Credit Union services and policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of financial services and account reconciliation procedures.
• Related office experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and public relations skills.
• Proficient in operating computer applications and business equipment.

Physical Activities and Requirements

As a Member Service Representative, you will engage in tasks such as talking, hearing, finger dexterity, repetitive motion, and average visual abilities. The position may involve sitting and standing, exerting up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally.

Mental Activities and Requirements

Strong reasoning ability, basic math skills, and language proficiency are essential for this role. The ability to communicate effectively and handle various tasks simultaneously is crucial.
