ECS Psychological Services, P.C. is looking for a passionate and dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our team in Saratoga Springs, NY. Requirements

• Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
• Valid NYS licensure as a mental health therapist.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience using evidence-based modalities.
• Proficiency in DSM-5, treatment planning, and therapeutic rapport.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Provide psychotherapy using CBT, DBT, EMDR, or relevant modalities.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for holistic care.
• Maintain accurate client records and progress notes.

Compensation
