Job Description

We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join the LifeBridge Health team at Grace Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients following established protocols and guidelines. This role involves developing, implementing, evaluating, and revising patient care plans, collaborating with healthcare professionals for optimal care delivery, and maintaining competency in clinical knowledge and skills. The ideal candidate must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, hold a current RN licensure in Maryland or a Compact State, have a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in Emergency Services or 3-5 years in acute care, possess certifications like BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat, and maintain a Certification in Emergency Nursing if possible.

The new state-of-the-art Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center is designed to provide excellent emergency care, featuring advanced technology and facilities to enhance patient experience. With a focus on personalized care, the department includes private treatment rooms, negative pressure isolation rooms, a behavioral health treatment pod, and a CT Scanner for early diagnosis of conditions.
