Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room at Grace Medical Center, you will provide quality nursing care to patients, collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes. This full-time position includes day and night shifts with varying hours, requiring a commitment to weekends.
Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing care in accordance with established standards and protocols.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
- Maintain clinical competency and ensure a safe patient care environment.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Active RN licensure in Maryland or a Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience, preferably in Emergency Services.
- Certifications: BLS required, ACLS within 6 months of hire, PALS and Hazmat within one year.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.
