Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position in the Emergency Room at Grace Medical Center involves day and night shifts with varying hours. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients, collaborating with staff and physicians, and maintaining a safe patient care environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in compliance with established protocols and guidelines.
- Develop, implement, evaluate, and revise patient care plans.
- Assess patients for changes and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for quality care delivery.
- Maintain clinical knowledge and skills competency.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure in Maryland or Compact State.
- 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and Hazmat certifications.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.

The new Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center offers a state-of-the-art design with 29 private treatment rooms, advanced technology, and a focus on personalized patient care. The department includes negative pressure rooms, a behavioral health treatment pod, and a CT Scanner for early diagnosis of critical conditions.
