Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room at Grace Medical Center, you will provide compassionate nursing care to patients, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and maintain a safe patient care environment. This full-time position requires commitment to day and night shifts with varying hours, including weekends.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care in compliance with standards and protocols.
- Develop, implement, evaluate, and revise patient care plans.
- Collaborate with staff, physicians, and other disciplines to deliver quality care.
- Maintain clinical knowledge and skills competency.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure with Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State.
- Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
- BLS, ACLS (within 6 months), PALS, and Hazmat certifications.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing is a plus.

The new Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center features advanced technology, spacious private treatment rooms, a behavioral health treatment pod, negative pressure rooms, and a state-of-the-art CT Scanner.
