Job Description

We are looking for a Nursing Graduate to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Staff Nurse in the Emergency Room at Grace Medical Center, you will provide essential nursing care to patients, ensuring compliance with nursing standards and protocols. Your responsibilities include developing, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans, collaborating with healthcare professionals for quality care delivery, and maintaining clinical competency in accordance with best practices.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure with Maryland Board of Nursing or Compact State.
• Minimum 2 years of Nursing Experience in Emergency Services preferred.
• BLS certification required, ACLS within 6 months of hire.
• PALS and Hazmat certification within one year of hire.
• Preferably certified in Emergency Nursing.

The new Emergency Department at Grace Medical Center offers a modern and well-equipped facility designed to provide excellent emergency care. With advanced technology and a focus on patient comfort, the department features private treatment rooms, a dedicated providers' station, negative pressure rooms, and a behavioral health treatment pod. The department also houses the latest CT Scanner for early diagnosis of critical conditions.
